Drake

The Drake are tribal, but intelligent, and they simply dont need to make their own higher tech, they either get by with simple javelins and their brute strength, or trade with Nideans/Reyvaani for weapons/armour

as a drake ages it grows theoretically infinitely, but their organs will evantually give out due to their scale.  Some drake are able to bargain the Jiroshi for bionic organs in exchange for serving in battle etc

The Great Drake Rhaxillon, oldest and largest of the Clearwater bask.  Situated near the Blacktops, the drake of the Clearwater were integral in keeping the Githin from descending upon the poorly defended farmlands of the Kingdoms of Men; Rhaxillon negotiated a fragile peace with humanity in recognition of their mutual enemy, for the first time in known history.

The Drake are an ancient race of extremely diverse reptilians.  They are generally built like reptilian centaur, usually with a mane of quills.  So far it appears drake-kind grow indefinitely and are biologically immortal, like lobsters; there have been no observations of death by natural causes, or even negative effects of aging.   The drake have a prophecy that the sun will be devoured by unbridled destruction, foretelling the death of Zenit, or perhaps the reawakening of the Dreadlord.

Technology The Drake have their own smiths and scientists, utilising technology that even Clade Abin does not fully understand.
Augmentation As a drake gets older, due to its growth over time and its organs being unable to support its own mass, a drake requires organ augmentation to take the load off.  Larger drakes therefore are more and more augmented.  Weapons and Armour  Usually drake dont wear armour, and just utilise shields, to maximise agility.  Very select individuals wll wear armour over their already strong scale hide, as a display of power or station, or in the rare situation that it is necessary.

A sketch of a drakeling wielding a rhomphaia.  The drake often outlived even the Nideans, reportedly remaining alive for many millenia.  This specimen was likely relatively young, estimated around 100 years of age

Time - Ancient Drake, seemingly unaging and evergrowing.  Biologically immortal? Asexual reproduction

++ The Drake

An ancient race of extremely diverse reptilians.  Also the title of their one true ruler.  Drake-kind grow infinitely and are biologically immortal, like lobsters. Rasthanaxis, also known as TheDrake, is a colossal being who has lived for millenia.  they are built like reptilian centaur, with a mane of quills

Rasthanaxis is the largest of The living drakes.  He must consume colossal quantities to continue living, and so a massive society exists around him, to feed and worship him.  He remembers when The EmperorBeing first came to TheContinent, and may be the oldest being on the planet.
